As a result, the cable car is projected to begin operation in 2029.<\/p>\n<p>The cable car project is part of a strategy to address the long-standing mobility crisis in Panam\u00e1 and San Miguelito \u2013 both regions experiencing rapid population growth, increased demand for transportation, and urban expansion.<\/p>\n<h3>Details<\/h3>\n<p>The cable car will be 6.6 kilometers long, with six stations \u2013 two in the Panam\u00e1 district and four in San Miguelito \u2013 and is expected to reach a travel speed of six meters per second.<\/p>\n<p>It will connect to the Metro via Line 2 at the Cincuentenario station.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-builder-row .fusion-layout-column.gradient-column-2 .fusion-column-wrapper:before {content: \"\";
