This was <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lanacion.com.py\/pais\/2026\/01\/08\/proponen-transporte-teleferico-para-conectar-barrios-en-fernando-de-la-mora\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">reported<\/a> by the media portal La Naci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cAmong the suburban train, Metrobus, or cable car, the cable car is the most cost-effective option in this order,\u201d explained C\u00e1ceres.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>He emphasized that the project would not incur any debt for the municipality, as it is planned as a private concession model. According to the politician, costs per kilometer are estimated at around 14 to 20 million dollars.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cWe are talking about roughly six kilometers in the northern and southern zones. That comes to about 100 million dollars.
