The realization of the new ropeway and the intermodal hub at the valley station is essential to offer locals and guests a strong alternative to private transport,\u201d emphasized Provincial Councilor for Mobility <strong>Daniel Alfreider<\/strong> on the occasion of the contract signing.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Joachim Dejaco,<\/strong> Director General of STA, completed the signing with Giorgio Pilotti, Sales Manager at LEITNER, in late 2025. \u201cWe are now confident that the executive project will be finalized by the middle of next year and that construction can begin in the second half of the year,\u201d explained Dejaco.<\/p>\n<\/div><style type=\"text\/css\">.fusion-builder-row .fusion-layout-column.gradient-column-2 .fusion-column-wrapper:before {content: \"\"; The total cost of the project amounts to approximately 39.7 million euros (31.5 million euros for the works and 8.2 million euros for administration).<\/p>\n<p>Of this, 37.5 million euros will be provided for the 2026 fiscal year by the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport from the National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR). The intermediate station originally planned has been removed from the design.<\/p>\n<p>The route in the upper section will be slightly shifted to improve accessibility. Additionally, the valley station building will be moved approximately four meters toward the road.<\/p>\n<p>The maximum transport capacity will be around 350 people per hour.
