At the same time, the project company has made it a priority to ensure as much transparency as possible in order to involve the public and, above all, to gain their support.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>For this reason, representatives regularly attend the meetings of the district councils (BV) that will be particularly affected by the Buga. In November, the political bodies (including the Elberfeld-West district council) are scheduled to decide on the resolution to publish the plan &#8211; key milestone for the overall project.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Comprehensive Studies:<\/strong> The project is currently based on studies that have been finalized or are nearing completion (including those on traffic, major accidents, cold air, species protection, and landscape conservation).<\/li>\n<li><strong>Parallel Process:<\/strong> Due to the enormous time pressure, tender preparation and urban land-use planning are proceeding simultaneously.
