The proposal comes from city councillor \u00dcmit Sormaz. He sees an urban cable car not only as a new transport system in urban areas, but also as a powerful, efficient, cheap and sustainable transport system with a lot of experience. His planned pilot project would be ideal for students in particular.<\/p>\n<p>Again and again, voices are raised that see the cable car as unsuitable for German cities. There are too few mountains and enough successfully introduced transport systems here. Sormaz has little sympathy for these concerns, because for him the advantages outweigh the disadvantages.<\/p>\n<p>A route for the first connection of the &#8220;Noris Sky Metro&#8221; has already been identified.
