Ultimately, with its around 1.8 million residents, the neighbourhood is characterised by a high crime rate and severe poverty. The two termini will be connected respectively to metro line 8 at \u201cConstituci\u00f3n de 1917\u201d station and to metro line A at \u201cSanta Martha\u201d station.
