A key part of the initiative is Epic Ascent, a premium private lesson programme launching at Vail Mountain and Beaver Creek, offering guests a more personalised service and premium rental options.

The company will also continue upgrading its rental experience through My Epic Gear, allowing guests to select specific equipment models in advance. Another focus is enhancing the on-mountain dining experience with upgraded menus.

At the same time, digital services will be expanded through the My Epic app, including easier pass purchases. In addition, the company invested $175 million in wages and benefits to build a world-class team.
