Andermatt-Sedrun: Acquisition completed, Investments announced
The acquisition of 55 percent of Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG by the US ski resort operator Vail Resort has now been completed. 149 million Swiss francs were paid for the majority stake in the Swiss ski resort.

EXPO ANDES, the only professional trade fair for ski and mountain tourism in Latin America, will take place from 12th to 14th of October 2022 in Santiago de Chile. Industry representatives from more than 20 countries will be there. The trade fair is impressive not only on paper.
