Ulaanbaatar: Central cable car Axis for the capital of Mongolia

A cable car from north to south, simultaneously connecting the eastwest axis – that‘s the idea behind the transportation project in Ulaanbaatar. In the Mongolian capital, a fourkilometer- long system from the French manufacturer POMA is being constructed to enhance the lives of residents on multiple levels.

The construction works for the Cable C1 continues to progress – the towers of the cable car are already positioned and preperations for the cable hoist have been made. For Île-de-France-Mobilités this is a cause for celebration, as the goal of creating a new connection for the city is being realised step by step.
