Bartholet: Unforgettable fun experiences

With the new bike rack, bicycles can be transported comfortably and quickly. The holder offers a higher transport capacity, flexible positioning options and an elegant design that perfectly matches the modern gondola lift.

The company BARTHOLET has developed a new bike holder that makes the transport of bicycles on Cable Car installations faster, easier and more convenient than before.

Compared to the old bike holder, the new holder offers a higher transport capacity and a flexible positioning of the bikes. Up to five bikes can be transported in a 10-bike cabin and up to four bikes per cabin in an 8-bike cabin.

Bike rack

The new bike rack from BARTHOLET makes transporting bicycles much faster, easier and more comfortable.

Easy transportation

The height adjustment of the rack makes it possible to position bikes side by side and use a maximum tyre width of up to three inches to accommodate different sized bikes with different wheel diameters.

The brushes in the bike holder keep the bike in the correct position and are easy to replace when worn. Transporting bikes becomes faster as the rider can load the bike independently without help from staff.

The holder is easy to mount and requires only one person for mounting and dismounting. Individual modules allow the mounting of an individual number of bike racks in 10- and 8-seater cabs.

“I have been on many gondola lifts around the globe, including bike transport. And this is now a system that works best and most efficiently so far.”

Comfortable yet elegant

The new bike rack from BARTHOLET also offers a more comfortable entry and sitting while riding in the gondola. The elegant and stylish design of the holder perfectly matches the modern gondola lift in the “Design by Porsche Design Studio”. Guests can even enjoy refreshments during the ascent.

New sled run facility

In addition to developing the new bike mount, BARTHOLET has also been working on an exciting new project. In the South Korean city of Yeosu, the new “Challenge Park” toboggan run facility was opened, impressing visitors with a breathtaking view of the East China Sea.

The gondola lift, which is part of the toboggan run, was designed in the “Design by Porsche Design Studio” and can accommodate up to 2,300 people per hour. The holder for the toboggan is located under the gondola, making transport safe and convenient.

The “Challenge Park” toboggan run is the perfect destination for adventure seekers looking for a combination of speed and unique scenery. During the ride, visitors to the facility can enjoy the spectacular view of the sea while concentrating on the tobogganing.
