With clair, the confusing mass of notes on paper is a thing of the past. The cloud-based software platform log saves operators time and helps them not to lose track.

A resort consists of many different infrastructure elements, from cable cars through snow makers and equipment to piste preparation and buildings. At present, their operations, maintenance and servicing are generally organised independently of one another. The downside: high expenditure.

Moreover, it is often difficult to keep track of everything. Optimisation of the information flow and activities is becoming increasingly critical, in order to ensure that things run smoothly for all staff across the entire resort – as the tasks are becoming more and more extensive. In one interface, clair brings together the activities – which were previously organised independently – and information from all systems.

Templates for easy working

Clair provides operators with task templates for operating manuals, which can be used for checks or inspections. In addition, these are also very easy to adapt to the individual requirements.

Managing responsibilities

As well as the templates, the web application allows the management of responsibilities. The user can enter and configure various roles, e.g. machine operator, station staff or operations manager. If desired, recurring activities or duties can be stored as favourites.

Rapid recording of events

One advantage of the technology is also the rapid recording of unexpected events in the system. In the case of operational interruptions, material transport, special trips or changes in travel speed, clair guarantees comprehensive recording. Archiving in the system takes place here automatically and centrally in the repository.

Central and transparent

For each task entered, a history is automatically created in the software. As a result, the processes in operation are transparent to see. In turn, this contributes to the safety of the cable car.

All data entered are centrally retrievable and can be found and traced by everyone. This additionally prevents data loss as a result of human error.

As well as recording and managing responsibilities, clair also has a digital signature. This can be used to sign important documents quickly and easily, which in turn saves paper and time.
